"Overcharged me $262.80 and I have never got a refund! Absolute nightmare, insane. I’ve called multiple times, went down to the office can’t get anywhere. They will take your money but they won’t issue a refund when they have a “system error”"

The office Administrative Assistant, Pam, answers the phone in person, no recordings, no menus to navigate. "I was having the worst day ever looking for a new company for my insurance. That was until I got on the phone with Amber over at State Farm. I was paying way more than I needed for less coverage on my multiple insurance policies I had over at another agency. I started my search for a new company to get a quote and possibly move my business over. After reading all the positive reviews I decided to give Tim Slesk's State Farm office a call. The first thing I heard was the bright and cheerful voice of one Ms. Amber. She asked me how my day was going and I responded with a not so well and she replied, 'well, lets see if we can turn that around for you!' She quoted me for home/auto and life with higher coverage but for less money than I was currently paying. She really did turn my day around, not just with saving me money and adding on life insurance, something I didn't have before and thought I could never afford. After getting my policies set up, she let me know of something I never even heard of before from any other insurance company in all my 70+ years, an umbrella policy. After she explained it to me and how it would add a million-dollar coverage to all my insurance more or less (mostly more) I now have peace of mind that if anything horrible were to happen I will be protected. If you are looking for a company and an agent that cares enough to take the time to explain all your options, then look no further and give Amber a call over at Tim Slesk - State farm agency. Thank you, Amber, for your good, spirited nature and making me feel like I won the lottery! You must have had a good upbringing; I am sure thankful for you. "Was with them for 15 years approximately. They charged me additional premium fees for my daughter living in the same house as me for all the cars even though she never drove them. They said they had to charge it cause she could "possibly" have access to the keys. Whatever!They also didn't take the fees off when she moved out, and charged me for over 2 years at the higher rate. When I pointed this out to them they said there was no way to go back and refund me, even though I had told them when she had moved out. An even scummier move was they responded to my review when I originally posted it denying I was ever a customer of theirs. That's funny because Shannon just called me yesterday 10/2/24 leaving a phone message confirming I used to insure with them and offering me a quote telling me she may be able to save me money! Hahahahhaha I found the exact same insurance plan somewhere else for about 50 dollars less a month with the option to reduce it even more every 6 months if their are no claims . Also beware as this company will leave an entire state if something happens and they have to pay out. Like California and Hawaii. Used to be a good insurer, not anymore."
