"I just moved to the area and the office has been mostly friendly and communicative. I am a very long time State Farm customer. Unfortunately, there was one miscommunication that I find frustrating. I initially requested to transfer my service from the area to this area *and* to cancel one of the policies. They said they could take care of both. After my insurance was transferred, I noticed the other policy was still there and not cancelled. They wrote back quickly and said that is not possible and I will have to cancel it with the old agent. I don't mind cancelling it myself, but there was a lot of time in between and before they said they could do it without issue, so why not tell me that in the beginning or as soon as they realize it rather than wait for me to find out it hadn't been done? I hope the communication will improve and be more proactive in the future. I guess time will tell."

"I have been with State Farm Insurance for 58 years. Glen Friedl was our agent. He came knocking on our door when my first born was 10 months old, she is 59 years old now. She has carried on the family tradition and has been with State Farm since she made me a Grandma. We were all sad to see Glen go and worried if we would still have the fantastic service Glen gave us. Today my 83 year old husband and I went into Tim Slesk's office and spent about an hour with DeAna Kirscheman. She answered every question; added insight into the coverage we have that we clearly didn't understand the advantages of having, and gave us the peace of mind we never thought we would have at this point in life.
